Orders

All orders will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the confirmed order from the web store shopping cart. Shipments are sent by ground or express, depending on your shipping address. Shipping time should normally take 3 to 10 business days in Canada and 5 to 15 business days in US. Signature is required upon receiving goods. If you have any concerns and questions related to your order, please send email to webstore@quiltsetc.com . We need your order number to answer your questions. Currently, we are only able to sell in Canada and US.

Prices

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. In most instances, the prices on the web store are the same as those at Quilts Etc. store outlets. However, there are some exceptions: 1) There may be products shown on the web store that are not available at the Quilts Etc. stores; 2) There may be online “special prices” that may be different from those at the Quilts Etc. stores.

Taxes

You are required to pay the applicable Federal/Provincial taxes for the Canadian delivery address of your order.
