Return / Exchange Policy ( Web Store )
Quilts Etc. will do the very best to accommodate any return requests. Now, due to the nature of the bedding product and Canadian Health Regulations, most purchases either at the physical stores or at the web store should be considered as final sales.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase due to a defect, we will be glad to repair or exchange the product. Product return requests based on aesthetic reasons will be considered at Quilts Etc.’s discretion within 20 days of date of purchase in original packaging and in new, unwashed and unused condition. This policy is strictly enforced as bedding goods are all final sales, because of health reasons. Please contact us with your order number handy via email (customerservice@quiltsetc.com) or phone (866-421-5520 ext. 100) so that we can determine the best solution. We will provide you with a return authorization number with which all returns are to be made.
