Rules & Regulations

1. Contest is open to residents of Canada aged 18 and older.
2. The contest is not open to employees and immediate family of Quilts Etc. 
3. No purchase necessary to enter. Contest closes on September 14, 2011 at 11:59 pm PST.
4. By entering this contest, entrants are deemed to have accepted the rules set out below which are subject to change without notice, and consent to the use of their names for publicity purposes without compensation.
5. Contest entrants may enter the contest by one of the following ways: 1) Like Quilts Etc. official Facebook fan page by September 14, 2011 11:59pm PST. 2) Register email address on Quilts Etc. official website by September 14, 2011 11:59pm PST. 3) Advise a sales associate in any Quilts Etc. store of your email address by September 14, 2011 before closing time. One Email registration per person, multiple entries will disqualify the entrants.
6. The first draw will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 beginning at 11:00 am PST at Quilts Etc head office. Only one (1) winner will be drawn in this contest with one (1) prize of a $200.00 Quilts Etc. Gift Card. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be converted to cash or for another prize.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone with further instructions on how to claim his/her prize. If the selected entrant cannot be located, does not respond immediately and/or before Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 12:00 pm PST, the entrant forfeits the qualifying position and another entrant will be drawn to fill this position.
8. All entries which do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules herein may be disqualified by Quilts Etc.
9. Quilts Etc. assumes no liability for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any problems mechanical or technical malfunction of, or damage to, any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any entry to be received by Quilts Etc.
10. All Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations apply .The Contest is void where prohibited.
11. Quilts Etc. shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting a contestant by phone.
12. Quilts Etc. reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at anytime. All decisions of Quilts Etc. shall be final and binding.
13. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Quilts Etc., their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the contest and the use of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claiming to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules as set at by Quilts Etc..
14. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Quilts Etc. for the purpose of administering this contest.  By entering this contest, you consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
15. The contest sponsors are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries; printing errors; server unavailability; or computer or any other electronic or telecommunications malfunction.
