All shipping costs provided in the website are calculated in Canadian dollars only. Quilts Etc is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by shipping companies, customs clearance, or other unforeseeable causes which are out of our control.

• All orders will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the confirmed order from the web store shopping cart and payment.
• For all in-stock items, shipping time would normally take 5 to 12 business days excluding weekends and statutory holidays across Canada.
• Charges are calculated before taxes.
• The FREE shipping promotion does not apply to Featherbeds and Iron Beds.
• All shipments will be automatically insured for their retail value and this service is included in the shipping price.  
• Shipping charges (additional) may apply to the following OFFLINE POSTAL REGIONS:

• 2^nd Business Day Express (Delivery within 2 to 5 business days for orders placed by 1 P.M. EST Monday-Friday).

• For all in-stock items, shipping time would normally take 5 to 15 business days excluding weekends and statutory holidays across Canada.

• Express FREE shipping promotion does not apply to Featherbeds and Iron Beds.
• Express shipping method is not available for deliveries to the shipping address out of main land of US.
